Our Design & Installation Service Explained
Initial Consultation
Getting to know you begins with a visit to our luxury showroom. Ensuring you are the only visitor during this time gives you free reign to fully explore our kitchen furniture products, styles and finishes without interruption. It also helps identify what you do and don’t like. Following this we can sit down over a coffee to discuss your new kitchen space. All we need in this instance is a rough sketch and measurements. We will then begin sketching ideas in front of you, and before the end of your first visit we will be able to provide an indication of cost.
Home Visit
Once we have an idea of how you want your kitchen to look, our expert kitchen designers can guide you toward achieving this outcome. We can visit you at home to assess the space and take detailed measurements. We can also advise on any associated detail ranging from paint colour for your walls, wall and floor tiles, and suitable lighting options. And before your new kitchen design even reaches you we ensure it has been viewed by several pairs of eyes; an examination by all design team members can bring fresh insight, ideas, as well as an accuracy and quality check.
Design Presentation
On completion we present back to you market-leading design images, along with printouts, copies, and a fully detailed quote.
Place Order
Once you are completely happy with your new kitchen design, we will begin the order process with our specialist suppliers to source everything from kitchen units to appliances.
Kitchen Installation
At Coalville Kitchens we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding kitchen installation service. We don’t use contractors but instead employ 3 teams of installers, conducting themselves professionally and respectfully at all times; they wear our uniform, drive our vans, and we regularly update their tools to ensure they’re always the best on the market. Highly experienced, our teams can carry out a full range of works ranging from kitchen removal and rubbish disposal, plastering, plumbing, electrics, and even minor building works.
Aftercare
We know having a kitchen installed can prove an anxious time so we will answer any questions and keep you up to date with a daily progress report. Minimising disruption as much as possible we provide a table top cooker as standard so you can still make meals throughout your installation. We even provide porta-loos for our installers, so they don’t need to use your facilities. We will always strive to complete all works swiftly and to the highest possible standard, regularly checking the installer’s work, and even inviting you to grade them out of 10 on completion! We will only walk away once you are 100% happy, and even then we offer a lifetime warranty on installations.
